Mr. Malik Iftikhar

Chairman

Mr. Iftikhar is one of the founding members of the FFO Support Program and has been associated with the organization ever since.

 

Muhammad Iftikhar completed his graduation from National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) as Civil Engineer in 1998.

 

Mr. Iftikhar is a Certified Director under SECP Code of Corporate Governance 2017. 

 

Besides FFOSP board he also holds directorship on the Board of MA engineering as well.

Ms. Asma Rehmat

Director

Ms. Rehmat is associated with the development sector for the past 13 years. Now, she works as Chief Operating Officer in Rural Community Development Society. She has attended various national and international training programs, workshops, conference, and seminars on a wide range of topics including risk management in MFIs, poverty alleviation through microfinance, financial management in microfinance, education, social mobilization appraisal tools and techniques. She was one of the few local women on senior position in civil society of Punjab. Ms. Rehmat is member of the Board Audit as well as ESM Committee.

Malik Imran Bashir

Director

Mr. Bashir did his graduation from University of Punjab and completed his post-graduation in Master of Business in 2008 from Hailey College of Banking and Finance with specialization in International Relationship Management (IRM). Starting his career from the Bank of Punjab in 2005, Mr. Bashir has served various financial institutions in last fifteen years. Currently he is member of the following Board Committees;

  • Audit Committee
  • Human Resources Committee &
  • Environment & Social Management (ESM) Committee.

Mr. Muhammad Zakria

Director

Graduated from University of Wales (UK) as Master in Business Administration, Mr. Zakria possesses strong financial and management experience in the financial sector especially microfinance industry. Mr. Zakria has good hands-on financial projections, financial inclusion, risk analysis, economic affairs and financial management. He has more than 13 years of diversified experience in the financial sector in different organizations. Presently, Mr. Zakria is a member of the Board Human Resources Committee.

Mr. Adnan Saeed Malik

Director

Mr. Malik started off his career with Rural Community Development Society-(RCDS) and has vast experience in designing, planning, development and implementation of multi sectoral and complex programs. Over the years he has successfully executed different projects with leading national and international organizations. Currently, he is running his own enterprise.

Mr. Malik is chairing the Board Human Resources Committee besides member of ESM Committee. He has Master degree in Computer Sciences from University of Punjab besides holding the professional degree of Law (LLB).

Muhammad Dawood

Director

Mr. Dawood’s profound academic background from the University of Quetta and an illustrious career spanning over two and half decades underscores his exemplary dedication in the development sector. His pivotal roles in esteemed institutions such as ‘NIMSO’ and ‘Hazara Artists Forum’ reflect his commitment to driving positive change. Notable accolades, including the “Human Rights Defender Award” and the “Salam Polio Heroes Award”, spotlight his unwavering advocacy for human rights and public health. Currently, as an entrepreneurial force, he continues to forge paths of progress as a Government Contractor in Quetta.

Mr. Touseef-ur-Rehman Khan

Mr. Khan is highly experienced and knowledgeable professional in the microfinance industry. He has over 15 years of experience in various roles, including leadership positions. His expertise includes developing and implementing microfinance strategies, managing operations, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and providing technical assistance to organizations and individuals. He is also conversant in financial inclusion, risk management, and impact investing. He holds Master degree in Economics from Punjab University Lahore. He is currently working as Audit Manager in Parkview City, Lahore

Mr. Tahir Jameel Mirza

Mr. Mirza has work experience of over two decades in the Corporate and Social Development sector with emphasis on funds & credit management, project financing, Business, Operations, Portfolio Management, risk analysis, proposal development, strategic planning, human resources development, capacity building, institutional development packages, resource mobilization, monitoring, evaluation & reporting and relationship management with key stakeholders.  During his illustrious career, he has served in various organizations including Bank Alfalah, MCB and FFO. He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration with majors in Banking & Finance.
