Asma Bibi living in small village of Muzaffargarh. She is courageous woman. She independently took decision to utilize her skills to earn a flourishing life by earning money. She is one of the many successful entrepreneurs who took loan through Prime Minister Interest Free Loan Scheme and used it to start a business of shoe making. At the present her PSC is 34 and she saves Rs. 8000-10000 monthly. Basically she renewed the way of lifestyle to rescue the future of her children and to stand upon with her husband as a helping hand.
She is very committed to her work and making many unique designs of shoes. She was a worker before starting her business. After this she feel that she can start her business. She motivate and encourage herself to take this positive step. She started this struggle alone and buys material from different places and start manufacturing shoes. Her creativity inspires the consumers and market, the result now she is earning good amount.
Her creativity and unique design is one of the key of her success. The most important thing is her unique idea for starting shoe making business because in her village there is not even a single store of shoes. She continuously worked hard and her business is running smoothly because she made several modernizations in shoe making.
Asma lived in small village of Muzaffargarh faced numerous difficulties in fulfilling daily needs. Her husband couldn’t able to earn much. She is a mother of four children: 1 boy and 3 girls. As, they can’t fulfill the needs of their children because of poverty they were facing. At time her children stop going school because they haven’t a single penny to pay.
Her determined nature actually increased her passions for life changing. Determined to support her family she took a loan from FFOSP under PMIFL Scheme. She knows how to make shoes, she buy some material and started business. She alone worked hard with full struggle. However, her decision of taking loan and starting up a business laid her life upon commitment and life scrutiny.
After completing her first loan cycle successfully she took another loan amount of 30,000 from FFOSP. From 2nd loan she buys some new kind of material for making shoes and set up a small working area inside her house. She continuously worked hard and her business is running smoothly because she made several modernizations in shoe making. Despite limitations, she continuously works hard to make both ends meet.

Hafsa Bibi belongs to a poor family. She belongs to a quite backward area of Muzaffargarh. She is a mother of two children: one daughter and one son. Her husband was a daily wage labor. During this critical phase of life both of them are facing intense difficulties. Financial facility from FFOSP changed her poor life into satisfied life.
She is very hardworking women. Her business work is very tough and initially she was doing alone without using any vermicelli making machine. She developed a trust in shopkeepers because this product is handmade and used for eating purpose. Initially she faces negligence from shopkeepers and villagers but after developing trust and through good quality product every one responses positively so it can also be a key success for her.
As others she also wanted to expand her business throughout the districts. She wants to do this business at large scale. As discuss her poverty was a big challenge for her. She doesn’t have enough money to start her business. But when she got a loan from FFOSP through PMIFL scheme than she started her business. She buys a vermicelli making machine which reduces her time and give proper time to her children. They are now going to school and taking quality education which make her smile and feeling proud which is only possible by doing own business. Now she wants to start some renovation at home from her profit and she already doing some saving from this purpose. Her life style is totally changed and she is considered as an epitomic woman in her area just because of her continuous hard work.
Through her business she not only sustained her household she also gave earning to many other households as well. Hafsa Bibi proves ideally that women are men equal in the race of success. She says: “to step up we all need to make our hopes fight with hard work to achieve success, as a woman I am a hopeful hard worker”. She already hired and working with 6 persons from the community where she is living. She is a very kind lady and always ready to do help for others.

Hanifa Bibi, a lady of enthusiasm and spirits. She is living in a backward area of Village Wandala. She is living with her husband and 6 children: 2 sons and 4 daughters. Her passion of doing something and fight with poverty trace out ways of success. Her mother also does the same business i.e: making of Ludo gotees when she was a child. She often sees her mother and learnt how to make a Ludo gotees box. With her 1st loan she struggled hardly and started enterprise.
Hanifa faced many unconditional challenges in her life. First of all he husband wasn’t supportive. He often beats her and didn’t give a single penny at home. Besides this her major downfall is her husband’s eye-sight loss. Hanifa’s continuous struggle to sustain the household succeeded her. With the passing time many circumstances bumped her door and disrupt her life. In spite of these situations, she faced every problem positively and gathered a strived root towards success. Also her children are now getting good education in a well-known school. She re-constructs her house as well

Case Study of Kosar Tanveer
Kosar Tanveer is now a well settle lady in the community and earning handsome amount from the enterprise. She used to make sports t-shirts by hand and sell in market with the help of her husband. Now she has 03 machines and making t shirts in bulk. She is talented and hardworking women.One of her key factor is, her husband is very supportive.
They want to open a production house for T-shirts where she wants to hire more labor and make brand new T-shirts with latest design. She was living in very conservative community. During her business her material was stolen from home. At that time she reacts very intelligently and continues her business with the support of FFOSP clients Muashi Rehnumai training.
She wants to open a training school where all needy women will come to learn stitching. She already employing 4 persons and wants to increase these number very soon as she expand her business. Secondly she is always doing something for (especially) Christian community for good cause. Kosar Tanveer is inspiration lady for her community. She is very supportive to community and give ideas to the community to settle their businesses and home as well.

Saima Javed, an epitome of hope and success, struggled a lot to become a competent and a successful microentrepreneur. She continuously struggled and with her great hard work she unlocks the fundamental path of success. The main key to her success is her hope of doing something. She is a mother of 4 children, 2 sons and 2 daughters. She is living with her husband in a backward area of kot Ranjeet.
Secondly, she knows how to make small and distinctive decorative houses made with cardboard sheet and pasted with glue and wrapped up with some colorful papers i.e.: mountain sheets. These cardboard small houses are used as decoration pieces, candles stands, wedding arrangements (catering/décor) etc.
Thirdly, she developed healthy market linkages through her communication skills. Moreover, she also build a business relationship with markets by her demanding and innovative work.
According to our interview with Saima, the optimistic lady mainly got the key of success through her innovative business skills delivered in Muashi Rehnumai Training session from FFOSP. Without any doubt, she made her life very successful and meaningful by taking loans from FFOSP
Saima has very elaborative and lively future plans as she wants to make her own proper shop of decoration pieces. She wants to start online order taking scheme and wanted to develop linkages in international market of wedding planners. Moreover regarding her household servings, she wants to educate her children with best effort. She want to renovate her house and in future wants to live a life of a successful business woman.
